ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

However, cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once processing has begun.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately.

We will attempt to make the requested changes before shipment.

ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be canceled through our standard cancellation process.

You may still be eligible to request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

When a cancellation is approved, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and applicable legal requirements.
