RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Can I return an opened beauty product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is defective or incorrect.
